Ogasawara Ujioki ( ) (1529-1569), also known as Ogasawara Ujikiyo ( ), was a Japanese samurai of the Sengoku period, who served the Imagawa clan. Ujioki was the eldest son of Ogasawara Haruyoshi and cousin to Ogasawara Nagatoki, the shugo of Shinano Province.

He ruled Takatenjin Castle and was also entrusted with Mabusezuka Castle, and supported the Imagawa clan during its expansion westward. After Imagawa Yoshimotos death at the Battle of Okehazama, Ujioki sided with Tokugawa Ieyasu, and assisted in Ieyasus campaign against the Imagawa. He took over Mabusezuka and left Takatenjin to his son Ogasawara Nagatada, but died a year later of unknown circumstances.
